It’s time for the 2023 Ideagen CompliSpace Aged Care Workforce Survey. Ideagen, the team behind the report, is building on their past two annual reports that gave aged care workers a voice on new and ongoing compliance requirements and an overview of the current climate of aged care within Australia.

The 2022 survey, whose findings you can read here, covered key topics including the intention of workers to stay in the industry, views on pay and increasing workload requirements, and the impact of law reforms. This year's survey aims to build on the findings from our previous reports, highlight trends, and provide a voice to frontline workers.

The Aged Care Workforce Report is independent of all interest groups and captures the direct experiences of aged care workers and decision-makers across Australia.

The 2023 edition of the report will be released later this year and will be available to you.
