It’s time for the 2022 CompliSpace Aged Care Workforce Survey. CompliSpace, the team behind the report, is building on their past two annual reports that gave operators a voice on new compliance requirements and an overview of the current climate of aged care within Australia.

The 2021 survey, whose findings you can read here, asked aged care workers about their intentions to stay in the industry, their experiences with the Aged Care Quality Standards and COVID-19 regulation and their attitudes to recent regulatory measures such as compulsory vaccinations. This year's survey aims to build on the findings, highlight trends, and provide a voice to frontline workers.

The Aged Care Workforce Report is independent of all interest groups and captures the direct experiences of aged care workers and decision-makers across Australia.

The 2022 edition of the report will be released in July and will be available to you.
